SPI's Stylite expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation sheets for roof structural insulation panels (SIPS) are available in different grades and sizes. The expanded polystyrene (EPS) sheets are lightweight, easy to handle and cut and an excellent insulant to this structural roof system. We can cut expanded polystyrene within extreme tolerances, offering flatness and presice edge detail ideal for use with SPIS panels. The insulation is sandwiched by two layers of OSB (Oriented Strand Board) & together they provide a durable, strong and load bearing panel.
