SPI Stylite Vent-fill is a highly effective passive ventilation solution for ground gas affected sites. Gasses, produced naturally by the ground, are allowed to pass safely to the outside of the building via perimeter vents. Manufactured from high performance Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), the system also provides a high level of insulation to the floor structure.

Vent-fill boards are available in various thicknesses and grades to provide different loading and ventilation capacities to suit your project requirements. Supplied in easy to handle 1200 x 1200mm panels, installation can be carried out by one person. If cutting is required, this can simply be done using a hand saw or hot wire cutter.
